I hope you have had a wonderful start to the New Year 2022! Here we are already jumping into the middle of February, the month of love! Well, speaking of the topic of love, I have spent much time doing what I passionately enjoy and that is spending a lot of time in nature photographing the beauty of the Sonoran Desert! The winters here in Arizona are especially great for seeing the variety of species of migrating birds and of course our local attraction of the Salt River Wild Horses. I was fortunate to observe these two beauties interacting together and could feel their closeness and bond they were sharing. So, what's your love and passion and makes your heart skip a beat or two? Wishing you a Happy Valentines's Day and hoping that it brings a smile to your day!

What's on the Easel??
Currently on the easel is a 16x12 acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas. This piece was inspired by a trip this past December to Boyce Thompson Arboretum. The changing Fall/Winter leaves on this particular path were vibrant yellow. Almost finished and still have to name it so stay tuned as I will be adding some new items to my website in both categories; painting and photography.
